Stand up Paddle boarding in South Wales – on BBC Countryfile!

So a couple of weeks ago we helped The BBC team from Countryfile put a small piece together about Paddle boarding in south Wales.
Ellie Harrison got on really well as conditions were calm and the sea was flat. We teamed up with Mi and Bethan Richardson for a coastal cruise between Caswell bay and Langland.

SUP Gower’s ‘Matt Barker smith’ the area’s most experienced SUP instructor was on hand to guide the small group down the coast.
